Rolade Tahu Sosis Daun Singkong


Tahu Sausage and Cassava Leaves Rolade

Ingredients:
- 4 slices Tahu (Indonesian Tofu)

- Cassava leaves sufficiently boiled briefly and then drained
- beef / chicken sausage
- 1 egg
- Banana Leaves


Subtle seasoning:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 seeds Pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Sugar



Direction :

  1. Blend out Tahu with Subtle seasoning
  2. Spread of the banana leaf
  3. Put tahu on the banana leaf
  4. Put the cassava leaves on tahu then put tahu again
  5. Lastly place the sausages
  6. Roll out slowly while sealed in banana leaves, pinned on the right and left stick (like making rice cake).
  7. Steam it for about 30 minutes.
  8. Let it cold and then cut.
  9. Dip the rolade in the egg which has been shaken and then fried until cooked well.
  10. Put it on beautiful plate and serve.

Putu Ayu Cake Recipe Susan's Creation


Ingredients:

  • a small cup of wheat flour
  • ½ small cup sugar
  • Coconut grated as you like
  • SP ovalet ½ tsp
  • Backing Powder ½ tsp
  • Vanilla taste
  • tsp salt
  • eggs
  • Food coloring


Direction :

  1. Put the sugar, ovalet, backing powder, vanilla, salt and eggs in a basin, Mix it till fluffy.
  2. Put the flour and grated coconut into dough no.1, add 2 drops of food coloring. (do not too much, it will be bitter). Stir it until well blended.
  3. Grease the mold with cooking oil, then put the daough into the mold (not too full).
  4. Steam about 10 minutes.
  5. Move it in to a plate and serve.
