Rolade Tahu Sosis Daun Singkong


Tahu Sausage and Cassava Leaves Rolade

Ingredients:
- 4 slices Tahu (Indonesian Tofu)

- Cassava leaves sufficiently boiled briefly and then drained
- beef / chicken sausage
- 1 egg
- Banana Leaves


Subtle seasoning:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 seeds Pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Sugar



Direction :

  1. Blend out Tahu with Subtle seasoning
  2. Spread of the banana leaf
  3. Put tahu on the banana leaf
  4. Put the cassava leaves on tahu then put tahu again
  5. Lastly place the sausages
  6. Roll out slowly while sealed in banana leaves, pinned on the right and left stick (like making rice cake).
  7. Steam it for about 30 minutes.
  8. Let it cold and then cut.
  9. Dip the rolade in the egg which has been shaken and then fried until cooked well.
  10. Put it on beautiful plate and serve.
