Tahu Sausage and Cassava Leaves Rolade
Ingredients:
- 4 slices Tahu (Indonesian Tofu)
- Cassava leaves sufficiently boiled briefly and then drained
- beef / chicken sausage
- 1 egg
- Banana Leaves
Subtle seasoning:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 seeds Pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp Sugar
Direction :
- Blend out Tahu with Subtle seasoning
- Spread of the banana leaf
- Put tahu on the banana leaf
- Put the cassava leaves on tahu then put tahu again
- Lastly place the sausages
- Roll out slowly while sealed in banana leaves, pinned on the right and left stick (like making rice cake).
- Steam it for about 30 minutes.
- Let it cold and then cut.
- Dip the rolade in the egg which has been shaken and then fried until cooked well.
- Put it on beautiful plate and serve.
